I guess the question is, what do you currently have and is it causing you problems? Your answer to that will be the answer to your question. I've been drooling over the Ryzen 7 3xxx series as well as Navi but, as it turns out, I'm doing quite well with my R7-1700 and twin R9 Furies. I actually leave one of my Furies with the two 8-pin connectors detached because they draw close to 700W together (don't worry, I have a 1kW EVGA PSU) which is a pantload of juice so I was looking at the numbers but they wouldn't be enough of an improvement for me to justify upgrading.
So, I went out and blew over eight-hundred Canadian dollars on a new craptop with an R5-3550U in it. The one I had is so old that it has the first AMD mobile APU ever released, the Llano A8-3500M. Forgive me for rambling, my point is that you might be better served spending the money in another area of your technological arsenal.

I expect the new line will be launched this autumn.
You're looking for a card priced high enough that it might be amongst the first to be released.
I'm more interested in the cheaper cards with a performance like the 5700XT.
To be honest, if I could get a lower end (cooler running and less power hungry) with 5700XT id probably swap it over.. i hardly max the 5700XT in all honesty as I use Radeon Chill a lot in most non competitive games.
