Today we're looking at DeepCool's GAMMAXX 400 V2, an entry level cooler which runs for $24.99 USD - making it the 2nd cheapest cooler we have tested. When DeepCool had originally offered to send this for testing, I wasn't interested - I didn't think it could handle my CPU. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was wrong.
